Mississippi State Volleyball Scoreboard – Mississippi State, MS

A scoreboard renovation has recently been completed by Capturion Network of Laurel, MS.  The scoreboard was installed at the Newell-Grissom Building on campus and provides improved viewing for fans and athletes alike.  Design is underway to possible future expansion, including an all virtual scoring matrix to accompany the newly added scoring system.  The project is part of the ongoing enhancements to the facilities of the Mississippi State University Athletic Department.  

Mississippi State Tennis Scoreboard project- Mississippi State, MS

Capturion Network has been awarded the contract for a renovation to the tennis facilities of Mississippi State University.  The project will include a new main scoreboard, as well as six auxiliary scoring units that will reside at each individual court. 

Robert M. Borchard Memorial Fairground – Nueces County, TX

Capturion Network has been awarded the contract for a new LED marquee structure for the Robert M. Borchard Memorial Fairground in Nueces County, TX.  The project will include design and fabrication of all phases of the project including: Footing/Foundation, Structural Steel for the structure, decorative and ID signage, capped off with an approximately 10’ x 16’ full-color LED video display on both faces of the sign structure.  The project is part of facility renovations and additions to add aesthetic value to fairground property.  Construction is scheduled to commence shortly after the start of 2011.

Davis Wade Stadium, Mississippi State, Starkville MS ranks second in the nation for largest outdoor LED video Scoreboard.
Specs: 5,217 square feet. Produced by Capturion Network, a little known supplier in Laurel, MS. The 17 year-old firm also has made scoreboards for football stadiums at Akron, Southern Miss, Wofford College, East Carolina University and also the New Auburn Basketball Arena.

Wofford College and Capturion Team Up For Production of New Football Display System


Capturion Network has been selected to provide a new LED football display for the Gibbs Stadium.

Laurel, MS - September 1, 2010 -- The Athletic Director, Richard Johnson, at Wofford College has selected Capturion Network, LLC to provide the design and manufacture of a new LED scoring/video system for the Gibbs Stadium in Spartanburg, SC.

This football display system will use Capturion’s newest P22 Discrete LED technology and will approximately measure at 22 feet high by 56.6 feet wide.  The video display is designed to have the option of operating as one single screen or in multiple sections to show statistics, animations, and live recordings. This display will certainly provide Wofford’s fans with an outstanding gaming and interactive experience. Along with the video board, the project also includes a new audio sound system located in the structure with a brand new video control room.

Another unique feature about this display is that it contains illuminated ad panels located at the bottom of the display board. There will be four present and will approximately measure to be 4 feet high by 12 feet wide. This will allow Wofford’s sponsors to have creative opportunities to get their information across to the audience. The game clock will be placed in the center of the four ad panels adding a balanced touch. Capturion will also provide a printed vinyl for the rear of the display board.
